We do not supply tables/chairs for any of our events. You must bring your entire set up. Most vendors have some sort or dolly or wagon to help transport products to the event space from their car. As you set up, we kindly request that you refrain from banging tables onto the floor or dragging them across the tiles. If you notice someone struggling with their setup, please consider offering them assistance.
Load In & Parking
The Wednesday market starts right at 11AM. Load-in starts at 9:30AM. If you are not on site by 10:15AM our market manager may reassign your assigned space. We do this to avoid gaps in the setup and create safe & easy walkways-which is super important if you want customers to actually get to you! If you arrive after 10:30AM, we can't let you set up, reschedule, or offer you a refund.
Please wait by the carpeted area by the grand piano. We ask that you do not approach the market manager until they are completely finished mapping out the floor plan.
Vendors must load in through the East side of the building, also known as the Blue Lot! (If you’re looking at the front of the building, the East side would be on your left ).
You can pull up your car to the designated unloading areas by the East-side ramps. This is only for unloading. If you choose to unload at the ramps, please unload all of your items, go park your car in the lot, then come back to the ramp to begin carrying your setup indoors.
Please do not block the entrance of the ramp.
Once you have finished unloading, you may park your car in any regularly available space. There’s plenty of parking over there!
You will get a ticket if you temporarily park in any handicap spaces or fire lines. So don’t do it!
Only vendors who have received permission from Fresh Markets can load in through the front of the building. To receive permission you will need to get an access pass from Fresh Markets. If you feel that you have a condition / issue that prevents you from loading in from the East side/Blue lot, please reach out to us directly at team@asburyfresh.com
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU HAVE A PARKING PASS TO LOAD IN AT FRONT OF THE BUILDING, YOU MUST UNLOAD FROM YOUR PARKING SPACE. VENDORS CANNOT PULL UP AND UNLOAD IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING FOR ANY REASON.
Early breakdown & Early slow packing is NOT allowed.
We ask that you do not “slow pack”, break down your displays and/or transport any items to your car until the end of the market hours. If an emergency arises and you need to leave early please speak with the market manager.
Breakdown is 4pm.
It’s a long day, we get it. But if you ever find yourself tired or bored, take some time to walk around and meet your fellow vendors! You never know what kind of connections or friendships you’ll make here. In Bell Works — it’s all about community!

Making Sales💰
Creating a well-balanced market is a very delicate task, and it’s one we take seriously! You may only sell what you have been pre-approved to sell.
If you’re looking to sell new items that were not initially included on your application, email team@asburyfresh.com AT LEAST TWO DAYS BEFORE to see about getting approval on your new products. Without explicit permission, we can’t allow you to sell any new items. If we find out that’s been happening, you may be asked to leave!

Board of Health Requirements (Food Vendors Only )
Food vendors are required to apply for a temporary food license with the Monmouth County Board of Health. It’s free to apply for the county but Holmdel Township does have an annual permit fee. Just make sure to adhere to their requirements.
For instructions on how to apply for your food license please email team@asburyfresh.com
